Umi Lestari

Umi Lestari is writer, lecturer, film history researcher, and curator. Her interest is classical Indonesian films and their intersections with other arts, such as contemporary art and literature. In 2021, she was the curator of the exhibition “B. Resobowo” at the National Gallery of Indonesia. She is currently lecturer of Indonesian Film History, Film Studies, and Moving Image Esthetics in the Film Studies Program, University of Multimedia Nusantara.
