Nayla Majestya is a lecturer in theory classes at the Film Department of Bina Nusantara University. Graduated from the Department of Media Studies at the Jakarta Institute of the Arts and Film Studies at the University of Edinburgh. She has written scholarly articles in auteur studies, Islamicate cinema, and horror films.
